Shivaay VS ADHM First Day Box Office Collection: Karan Johar’s Film Beats Ajay Devgn Film on Opening Day

The most awaited movies of this year “Ae Dil Hai Mushkil” and “Shivaay” have finally released today. And as per the earlier trends, both movies have opened with a bang in Indian as well as international markets. However, if we compare the box office earnings of “Shivaay” with Ranbir Kapoor’s starrer “ADHM”; then up till now, the latter is doing better business especially in metro cities and multiplexes.

On the other hand, the former is doing better business in small cities and especially in single screens. However, the reason behind it could be that Shivaay has released in more single screens as compared to the “ADHM.” And similarly, “ADHM” has acquired more multiplex screen counts.

Both movies have garnered mixed to positive reviews from the film critics and moviegoers. However, one thing is sure that both films will earn significant numbers on the first day. Their new released movies will easily beat the collection of both stars previous released movies “Tamasha” and “Drishyam.”

According to the trade experts, both movies will do at least 20 crores of business on the first day. And the weekend collections of the films will likely to depend on upon the positive word of mouth as well as reviews.

Ae Dil Hai Mushkil and Shivaay, both are much-anticipated of this year. Both are massive budget movies, and therefore producers of both the movies will be expecting for a high turn out to compensate the high budget.

The trader experts were skeptical before the release of the movie “Ae Dil Hai Mushkil” that due to the presence of Pakistani actor, it may be possible that it will not get the positive response from the fans. However, their worries have know got cleared because the movie has been received warmly by the moviegoers. And they are loving the performance of Ranbir Kapoor’s and Anushka Sharma.
