Hizbul Commander Sajar Khan has Killed
On alert at the LoC, the jawans of the alert army foiled the infiltration bid of the terrorists in Rampur sector on Saturday. There is still a large number of search operations in the area.
According to information received from the sources, a group of terrorists was infiltrating in Rampur sector of the LoC in Baramulla district. Meanwhile, the alert soldiers challenged the terrorists. Army has stacked 5 terrorists. In which Hizbul Commander Sajar Khan has also been killed.
On this, the terrorists started firing on the jawans. The army surrounded the whole area and responded to the terrorists. In this action, four terrorists got stacked.
The terrorists returned back to PoK after fearing the retaliation of the Indian Army. The search operation is underway to find the terrorists in the area. According to sources, the group of 5 to 7 terrorists was in an attempt to infiltrate.
It is worth mentioning that the army headquarters is located in Uri area of Baramulla. In September last year, 20 soldiers were martyred in a fidayeen attack on Uri headquarters. Alert has been issued in the Kashmir Valley after the infiltration attempts.
