Remember a video of last year in which an Indian woman in traditional Salvar kameez accepting the challenge of a professional wrestler and totally slaying it? It was the video of Indian girl Kavita Devi who is a woman wrestler from Haryana. Devi was the former police officer in Haryana police.

She has now back in news again. She has become the first Indian woman to compete in WWE wrestling in the end of this year. She has been selected to perform in WWE opposite professional wrestlers.She fought against the Kiwi wrestler Dakota Kai in the first round of the Mae Young Classic – World Wrestling Entertainment’s (WWE) first all-woman competition. Although, she got defeated but caught attention of every WWE fan with her attire and desi style of fighting.
while talking to Times of India, Devi said that she is a big fan of Khali ever since he won the world title. She said that she has grown up watching wrestling and want to bring pride to India by winning world wrestling title.
